Terms & Conditions
Note: All guests staying at Grande Riviere Retreats must at all times comply with the rules and policies of the owners, and staff and must adhere to any instructions given by its management in accordance with the terms & conditions of the rental agreement.
Absolutely:
- NO refund of rental fees in the event of power outages
- NO pets are allowed at or in any of the guesthouses.
- NO Smoking at the retreat.
- NO urinating or littering in the yard
- NO climbing on the river wall.
- NO Loud Music or music boxes are permitted unless authorized by the owners.
- NO uncensored or vulgar music.
Cancellation Policy for Grande Riviere Retreats:
Cancellation 30 Days Prior to Check-In: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 30 days before the check-in date for a full refund, minus any processing fees.
Cancellation 14-28 Days Prior to Check-In:
Cancellations made between 14 to 28 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellation Less Than 14 Days Prior to Check-In:
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.
Early Departure or No-Show:
No refunds will be provided for early departures or no-shows.
Date Modifications:
Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days before the original check-in date. Any price differences due to date changes will be applied.

Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at Grande Riviere Retreats. Additional visitors or unregistered guests are not allowed.
