1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of a 50% deposit. Once payment is received and confirmed, your stay will be secured for the selected dates.
2. Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid within 24 hours of arrival.
Failure to complete the final payment may result in cancellation of your booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 14 days before arrival may be eligible for partial refund or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling may be considered at our discretion.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: As communicated during booking confirmation
- Check-out: As communicated during booking confirmation
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
5. Nature of Stay
This is a private retreat space, not a traditional hotel.
Guests are expected to respect the environment, maintain quiet, and be mindful of the natural surroundings.
6. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and safety during their stay.
Any damages to the property must be reported and may incur additional charges.
7. Wildlife & Environment
Grande Riviere is a natural habitat, especially during turtle season.
Guests must follow all local guidelines and respect wildlife at all times.
We are not responsible for natural conditions, weather changes, or wildlife behavior.
8. Access & Activities
Access to the river and surrounding areas is at the guest’s own risk.
Guided activities may be arranged separately and are subject to availability.
9. Health & Safety
Guests should ensure they are physically able to participate in activities such as walking on the beach at night or navigating natural terrain.
10. Changes & Availability
We reserve the right to make changes to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, weather, or operational needs. In such cases, alternative arrangements or rescheduling will be offered where possible.
11. Contact & Communication
All bookings and enquiries are managed via WhatsApp or direct communication.
Guests are expected to provide accurate contact details.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
